While emotions remain an integral part of our being, uncontrolled emotions and self-centered desires can cloud perception and hinder our search for Peace. This course explores the complex role of emotions and desires, addressing how to navigate challenging emotions like fear, worry, and sadness, while examining how the cultivation of positive emotions can enhance spiritual development. Through a combination of theoretical understanding and practical exercises, participants will explore key questions about managing conflicting desires, transforming negative emotions, and cultivating wisdom that supports rather than hinders spiritual growth. She lived and worked at the national headquarters of the TS in America and is currently part of the community at Krotona Institute of Theosophy. He has lived and worked at the international headquarters of the TS in Adyar, India, at the national center of the TS in America, and is currently residing in the Krotona Institute of Theosophy in Ojai, California.
